Chidera Health Clinic and Maternity Home was established and approved by Ebonyi State Ministry of Health, Medical Services Unit in the year 2003 under the provision of section 3 of the Eastern Nigeria registration of a hospital under the Hospitals law1963 (cap.62) with the registration NO MOH/MSD/185/1/29 dated 28^th day of March, 2003.

As part of Chidera health Clinic and Maternity Home, we serve over 20 communities in Ebonyi state on improving and augmenting the quality of care delivered by public service providers (PSPS). We undertake services like out-patient care, prenatal care, labour and delivery, post natal care, under-five health care, immunization, health education on general health care, counseling services on family planning and HIV/AIDS counseling and testing with emphasis on Prevention of Mother to child transmission (PMTCT). We also undertake laboratory services in the areas of pregnancy test, Malaria Rapid test, HIV/AIDS test, HB estimation, Glucose and protein test etc.

We undertake 24 hours service daily. We have steady power supply with solar connection and EEDC, we also enjoy portable water supply and a good road network.
